  • Este impresionante condominio se encuentra ubicado en la pintoresca comunidad cerrada del campo de golf Brunswick Plantation (Commons II). Disfrute de este hermoso mosaico y completamente amueblado de dos dormitorios, dos baños completos en el tercer piso con vista al primer hoyo del campo de golf Dogwood. Su hogar lejos del hogar está justo aquí.

    Este condominio tiene todo lo que necesita para que su estadía sea cómoda y agradable.

    El condominio principal cuenta con una lavadora y secadora para su conveniencia, una cocina de trabajo completa que tiene una barra de desayuno, mesa de comedor para seis. La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama, un sofá de cuero nuevo que se reclina a la posición para dormir y un sillón y una silla. Las dos puertas corredizas de vidrio le brindan abundante sol. O, para su comodidad, disfrute de un refresco en la terraza o lea un libro en la mecedora. El dormitorio principal cuenta con un televisor, un tocador y su propio baño que levanta la sala de estar y la cocina.

    El bloqueo (que tiene su propia entrada exterior y cuenta con dos camas de tamaño completo, una bañera de hidromasaje, un pequeño refrigerador. La manera perfecta de relajarse y descansar sentado en la terraza o disfrutar leyendo un libro en la mecedora. Se proporcionan sábanas y toallas. La piscina principal se encuentra justo enfrente del estacionamiento, en caso de que esta piscina no esté disponible.
    Tendrá acceso a la piscina New Hampton's ubicada dentro de la plantación.

    Se recomienda a los corredores o caminantes que vean la plantación y tomen sol al aire libre mientras disfrutan del ejercicio. Brunswick Plantation Golf Resort está ubicado en el centro de las hermosas playas, tiendas y lugares de entretenimiento del norte y sur de Carolinas. Sunset Beach y Ocean Isle Beach están a poca distancia de nuestro condominio. Esta área es un gran lugar para familias, golfistas o una escapada para 2. Very nice property with great amenities (pool, hot tub and gym) and very pleasant hosts who were easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this VRBO!

We had a great trip to the Sunset Beach area. This is a great little condo and a wonderful neighborhood. We will be back next year and can hopefully book it again.!

This condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the Calabash area. Communication with the owners was excellent. The pool is steps aroos the parking lot and very nice. The golf couses and community is beatiful. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

We had an amazing time! We got there and the A/C wasn’t working right. The owners immediately got to work to get it fixed and it was fixed within the hour! The room was great, the pool was right across the parking lot, and there were so many good places to eat within a short drive. We had such a wonderful time on our anniversary trip. We are considering making it an annual thing!

Very enjoyable!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Our little “home away from home” was very comfortable, well-stocked, clean and quiet! The pool was wonderful, as well! There were plenty of lounge chairs for everyone!

Owners were easy to contact and left all instructions for us. They were able to accommodate a last minute travel change and allowed us to extend our stay. Would highly recommend and would book again here.

Beach and Golf Getaway

Convenient location overlooking the golf course, minutes to beautiful Sunset Beach, and steps away from the pool. The condo was very clean with comfortable accommodations. We had an issue that was out of the property manager's control but was promptly addressed and resolved.

Nice peaceful getaway

It had everything we needed. Very nice and cozy. I would suggest cleaning the vent fan in the bathroom. It seem pretty labored at times. Other than that. Everything was really good. We love the location. Everything was close by and we really enjoyed Ocean Isle Beach. We drove to the end of that and we parked in the area for the ferry and we want to the beach and it was wonderful. We would highly recommend it.

Thanksgiving stay for visiting family

The condo is great. Super area with view of 1st hole of the golf course. The leather recliner couches are great after a long day playing with granddaughter. The condo is equiped eith everything you need. We were able to use the kitchen to make side dishes for our family gathering. We would definitly stay again. The hosts are great with communication.

Tournament weekend

Softball tournament weekend. Did not know the location of the tournament just knew north myrtle beach. One tournament was 30 min away the next day it was an hour ( rain) even with the hour drive I would of chosen this house. Everything was great! Note to self when the property power washes beware around corners lol Also....my daughter walked away with second place in the tournament. Great location, great priperty, great weekend!

After Christmas Get-a-way

It was a wonderful time. The condo was immaculate and the furniture looked brand new and it was very comfortable. The host answered my texts and/or email within minutes. There is so much to do within a few minutes drive. I will definitely be back and I will be looking to stay at this condo again. If I could give the rating more than five stars, I definitely would! Happy new year to all and a happy and healthy 2024!

This was a great last minute vacation and it couldn't have been better. Unit was awesome in every way. The chocolate on top was the top floor open deck overlooking Tee to Green on the #1 Dogwood Par 4. Great to watch golfers. In the evening the ambiance changes to a lake with sun shimmering and cool ocean breezes. Glass of wine and your set. Condo had everything needed to stay long term. Complete package. Now about Julie, This lady is top tier in making sure you have a great adventure. Had all the answers quickly and completely as could be with a kind voice behind to boot.Food and Beverages are a short walk down a cart path and tons of local delicacy's. Just a short drive to Sunset Beach will make memories!

Perfect!

Condo was very clean, with a well stocked kitchen from mugs, glasses, cutlery, and pots/pans. Beds very comfortable. Excellent details for door lock, pool, wifi and clean up!
