Just a few small things make this a 4 rather than a 5 - - broken towel bar; lousy racquetball gear; lack of explaining that it's a condo unit within a hotel (strange); neighbors smoking weed on the balcony. "We had a great stay. Unit was on the 22nd floor, with amazing views of the beach & surrounding neighborhood. Unit was well appointed and comfortable. The elevator was so fast, it was surprising how quickly it got us from the ground floor. The only difficulty we had was with parking & check-in. They have a Large Vehicle parking area, but small cars would frequently park there instead of the available parking deck. We had a difficult time finding the rental office. Once we did, we had to...

"The extra linen and cover was dirty and stinking the pillow case had cat hairs and the extra cover smelled like feet. Looks like it wasn’t switched out from the last guest "

Tons of stuff to keep the kids busy , definitely a place I will go back to as the whole family had a blast here, the only thing I would complain about is we never had a maid come to the room to clean or bring any new towels, I had to call 5 times to get someone to bring more towels and they never showed up except that last and 5th time I called which was a little frustrating but overall a good experience and would recommend to anyone."

"Family of 6 the villa worked out great for us. It was very clean when we arrived. My favorite was the convenience to the beach and shopping. Every morning I would walk out to look at the beach from the balcony. The beach is so close to the villas you can hop right out the pool right over to the beach. We stayed on the 3rd Floor so we did have to walk up and down the stairs but we didn't mind. It was always quiet and relaxing no matter what Time of the day or night it was very peaceful. "The condo was very nice and updated. The view was spectacular, you couldn't be any closer to the beach. Parking was no issue at all. Access in and out was very easy. The beach was more crowded than we like but Rick did provide umbrella and beach chair service that was set up each morning and ready when we were!"
