Checkout was also easy and straightforward. We will be back."

"The hosts communicated promptly and were very nice to give us a slightly early check in and late check out. The location of the place is great with a short walk to the beach. It’s spacious and has a balcony overlooking a pond. No one but us used the pool, so it felt private. "This listing is inaccurate. It only sleeps 6 not 8! The place had blood on the sheets and nasty yellow stains on the pillows. Stains on walls and curtains!. Was not clean at all. I spent hours washing their sheets. Pet beds in the closet even tho no pets allowed. So if you have an allergy do not book this place. 3rd floor unit with no elevator. BEWARE. Host acknowledges it only sleeps 6 even tho the listing says 8 and let's you book 8. Host doesn't make it right at all!! Do not stay here."

"Our stay was comfortable. I liked the layout of condo. It does look out over the ocean and beach. But a new building was being built straight in front of building 2. Never could get dishwasher to come on. The cleaning staff needed to focus on windows!!"

"Nice condo, the shower in the room with the double bed floods, I called but no answer, did not call back, got tied up with my son, ending up with having to be taken to the hospital to have his appendix removed unexpectedly, but we were able to get our flight on Sunday."

"Wonderful experience! Could not have been any cleaner. The balcony is bigger than most and has rocking chairs. My favorite part was the parking garage is under the rooms so there is no long walk and there were plenty of parking places. Just about every night we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. There were no negatives."
