The pavilion-style layout pivots around the sleek kitchen and spacious main living area, both overlooking the private pool. Whether you’re unwinding by the water or preparing a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, Pura Villa provides the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment.

This contemporary four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is filled with natural light and tastefully decorated to create a welcoming tropical retreat. The open-plan living and dining areas flow effortlessly to the outdoors, making it ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and style.

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac in the sought-after Palm Cove area, the villa is just minutes from the beach, cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops. Palm Cove is one of Far North Queensland’s most picturesque coastal destinations, located only 25 minutes north of Cairns. The palm-fringed beach offers swimming, kayaking, and year-round lifeguard patrols, while the esplanade is lined with dining, day spas, and galleries.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including the secure garage with one parking space and additional room in the driveway. Please note, the owner’s car is parked on the other side of the secured parking. Check-in is available until 10 p.m., providing a smooth and flexible arrival.

Exploring Palm Cove is simple: stroll or cycle the beachfront esplanade, enjoy world-class dining, or head further afield. Car hire provides the most flexibility, though Sunbus offers regular services to Cairns and Port Douglas. Taxis and shuttles are also available.

For guests who wish to explore more of Tropical North Queensland, our in-house Cozie Travel team can help arrange everything from Great Barrier Reef tours to rainforest excursions, car hire, and more — complete with honest, local advice.

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.

Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
