Family reunion

Perfect apartment. Clean, fresh and bright. Very comfortable. Great to have access to the lovely pool. We spent hours on the balcony and loved having meals out there. Everything we needed to easily self cater. Fabulous location. Easy to walk into the city along the esplanade. Friendly neighbours and no problems with noise. Ann and the team at Made Comfy were absolutely brilliant when we locked our keys in the apartment one morning. They got us sorted out and were so kind!

3 days in Cairns visiting family

Arrived at night time, had difficulty seeing the tiny numbers on the lock, to access apartment keys. Parked underneath building in our allocated parking bay 13. Entered our room. to an odd musty smell. Room was quite dirty. All ceiling fans were black with dust. Toilets were not clean. Dishwasher had water sitting and didnt drain. Skirting's were dusty, heavily stained floor rug, Beds were hard, one was very squeaky. Looked like cleaner may have left in a hurry and not completed cleaning, as there was a half toilet roll left out on a bar stool. Laundry cupboard had dirt in the bottom. The swimming pool is outside the apartment on a lower level, it has fountains that run most of the day that are very loud. Thick dust and rubbish under beds. The location suited us as our family live in the next street. The building was very secure. The lift was a plus. Our stay was pleasant enough.
