Stunning location

Absolutely loved the location, Clifton Beach is absolutely stunning and nice and tranquil. There’s beautiful walks starting from the front door, and Palm Cove nearby is amazing. Good location to access beautiful spots.The home is huge and quite nice. We had a pretty big group and it had everything we needed. It wasn’t super clean, there were a number of dead insects around the place. There were a few things that were broken or didn’t work which was a pain. It was also hard to determine how to turn on some of the fans and some didn’t work. We also found the lighting was a bit annoying too. Otherwise great place. Thanks

Beautiful Property that needs new management

Beautiful Property that needs new management and it would be fantastic.Unit not available until after the stated time. Lift/elevator advertised in the listing but not available without begging for it. Change the listing!Microwave doesn't work.Lights over cooktop inoperative.You've got to drive fast thru the gate or it will hit your car.Master bedroom lights flicker.AC barely works in some rooms, is ice cold in others.ALL of these things should be taken care of by a competent management company.

This was a perfect place for us. As a group of 6 adults there was enough space. The property was clean with a lot of outdoor space.

Beautiful views of the sea from the front balcony. The big living areas were great for the 10 of us to spend time together. Well equipped kitchen.

Clifton Beach family get together

The location and view were stunning and the layout of the house suited our family group perfectly. There were a few minor maintenance issues - like some power points didn't work and the downstairs stove didn't work. Overall though, it was a great place to stay for a week away.

Property that has seen better days

Great location and layout. You literally cross the road and are on the beach. Grocery store also located at a short driving distance. Nice, quiet neighborhood for peaceful mornings that allows to enjoy sunrise from balcony. The house is clearly aging and seems like owner has not kept up with maintenance. Several sliding doors locks are busted. Washer, dryer, fridge all look old vs 2nd hand thrown in for the job. These things take away the premium feel you expect for a property of this caliber and nightly price. Also the floors were full of dust when we got in. The vacuum onsite was broken and didn’t work. I called and asked for another unit so that i could clean myself, but management said needs owner approval for new one and didn’t provide a spare. I ended up sweeping and mopping the floors. This also was irritating and robbed me of the premium feel i was expecting. Fallen leaves all around property and within pool. Felt exterior garden, compound cleaning was also shabby/absent. Pool vacuum looked beat up and did nothing. We ended up not using pool.
