Bohemia Heights is your little cairns sanctuary. Just 1.2 km from Cairns city centre, Bohemia Heights offers a charming retreat only a 15-minute stroll from the heart of the city. This spacious apartment features two generous bedrooms with built-in robes, an open-plan kitchen and living area perfect for entertaining, and an on-site swimming pool. While not a modern build, this cosy space is rich in character and personality.

Designed to comfortably accommodate four, the apartment blends new furnishings with sustainably sourced, upcycled pieces, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. The private balcony is a highlight—a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the local vibe.

Through our in-house travel agency, Cozie Travel, our experienced team can assist with booking tours throughout Cairns and Australia or arranging car hire. Whether you need trip planning or just honest advice, we’re here to help.

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.

Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call out fee, if required.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.

A lovely Queensland experience

We really enjoyed our stay in the upstairs apartment. The porch was our favourite where we sat in the cool of the early morning and then in the afternoons with warm breezes. The beds were comfortable, as were the living room chairs. Set back from the road, the traffic noise was minimal. Close to the centre of Cairns and with comfortable car trips to Port Douglas, Palm Cove etc. We enjoyed our holiday and will be back.

Property was in private gated area. Had all ammenities needed for our stay. Parking available. Location great for ease of walking or getting quick taxi to CBD. Bit noisy with industrial area over the road but got use to it quickly and building/construction zone at the Park.

Great place!

We had a wonderful time here, and it was really nice to have a full apartment to ourselves at the end of the day. It’s a bit of a walk to downtown (around 20-25 minutes) and there’s very little around the area before you get to downtown, but the walk was not that bad. The apartment itself is in nice condition and was very pleasant to stay in.

We loved this place and it was cute, they provided coffee tea and sugar and milk. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying it. We loved a few extras spices paper towels. We did run into some ants but there was some spray and we were able to clean them up.

Apartment set back from the road within a gated property. Amenities and decor as per listing. Good communication. All possible requirements for tourists thought about and provided. Bathroom could do with an exhaust and bathroom flyscreen cleaned.

Highly recommended

Pictures don't always lie. The property was just as depicted. It was super clean and very convenient. A nice quiet complex and good pool. Furnishings good, well set up kitchen and linen. The owner was very helpful. We will go back.

Peaceful & Fully Equipped Retreat

This apartment was a beautiful little haven, very short distance to drive to shops and everything you’ll need. Aircon was amazing, pool, location and decor was on point! Communication with Thomas was very easy and he was eager to please and easily reachable. We hired a car locally and it was so cheap, access to the city and everywhere from the house was so easy and relaxing! We did not want to leave! Thank you Thomas!
