Bright, spacious and comfortable 4th and top floor apartment, Poetto area

Panoramic, bright and comfortable 120 square meter apartment finished renovating in March 2016, located on the fourth and last floor of a building with lift in a quiet area, 10 minutes (REAL) on foot from the Poetto beach. It can comfortably accommodate 7 people. The double living room has a large and elegant sofa and the kitchen, in a very spacious and bright independent environment, is fully equipped for various needs. The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with double bed and private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each offer 2 single beds which can also be pushed together. There are two more bathrooms with shower and services for a total of THREE full bathrooms. A veranda allows pleasant evening aperitifs and dinners in the open air, while a second more sheltered veranda has a panoramic view. For the summer period (from June to September) the apartment is equipped with air conditioning refrigerant in the living area and in each single bedroom, with latest generation silent splits, while for the winter period (from November to March) the apartment benefits from central heating.
Washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, Smart TV, DVD, Internet and Wifi 24/7, books and games in addition to the traditional equipment.
In a few minutes (REAL) on foot you can reach Bus stops to the city center or to the various beach stops, various bars, jazz-clubs, disco, pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream parlors, pharmacies, newsagents, minimarkets and supermarkets, banks, post office, park with bike rental and many squares closed to traffic.
Ample parking throughout the area.
Animals are not allowed.
No smoking.

Very nice and spacious apartment

On a passés un super séjour dans un appartement très spacieux, airco dans toutes les chambres et 3 sdbs très avantageux pour se préparer :). Very comfortable holiday stay

A clean and spacious apartment in a quiet residential area, a short bus ride away from the centre of Cagliari. Poetto beach a short walk and there are cafes, shops and parks nearby. Alberto the host is extremely prompt and very helpful - he arranged for a taxi to drop and pick us up from the airport, suggested things to do, restaurants to visit and also very kindly rescued us when we were lost wandering around very similar appartment blocks. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

L’appartement est grand. On peut y vivre à 6 facilement. Il est très bien agencé. Il est propre. Il y a tous ce qu’il faut car il est très bien équipé. Vous pouvez le louer les yeux fermés. L’hôte est super. Très sympathique, présent si vous avez besoin d’informations, présent pour vous guider. Vous pouvez compter sur lui. La communication est fluide.

Fabulous

What a wonderful wonderful time. The apartment is located close to everything. Very comfortable and quiet. The owners, Alberto and Sylvia, are amazing. Such wonderful caring and helpful people. We wanted to tour the inside of the Castello but because my husband has difficulty walking they put us in touch with Claudio who drives a TukTuk and we were able to have a marvelous private tour of not only the Castello but other parts of the city that we would not have been able to do on our own. The apartment is very comfortable and the neighbors, and neighborhood, fantastic. We didn’t want to leave. We would recommend this lovely place to everyone who wants to have a wonderful time in Cagliari. We are hoping to return again next year. Thank you again Alberto and Sylvia, you both are marvelous.

Very large spacious apartment in an upscale neighborhood…close to Poetto beach & a multitude of beaches both north & southwest of the apartment…also close is the historic center with numerous restaurants & lot’s of restaurants along the beach front…great central location to enjoy both areas in a quiet neighborhood…the apartment was very clean & great for a family…Alberto couldn’t have been more welcoming with excellent recommendations on local restaurants & things to do

La casa si trova in uno dei quartieri più belli di Cagliari e la vista dalle finestre e dai balconi è stupenda. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, arredato con ottimo gusto e dotato di tutto il necessario. Il proprietario e la sua famiglia sono persone squisite e molto disponibili. Assolutamente consigliato, speriamo di tornarci presto!

Cosy quiet appartment.

The pictures shows exactly what you are booking. Very nice spacious, clean appartment, perfect for family with kids or group of friends. It is located in quiet neighbourhood about 1 km from the beach. Beach is large with a gentle descent to the sea and restaurant infrastructure, very good for children. Comunication to city center is also quite good., there are 3 buses about 200 m from appartment and journey takes about 10-15 minutes. Alberto is very friendly and helpful host which is rally care about his guests. We where very hppy there and definitely recomend this place.

Przestronny, wygodny apartament. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Na plażę można chodzić na piechotę około 1 km, ale my jeździliśmy autobusami na nieco dalszą część plaży. Miła i cicha okolica w sam raz na rodzinny wypoczynek. Dobry dojazd do centrum miasta. Ogólnie bardzo polecam.

Bestens!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Perfekt für eine Familie mit Kindern. Groß, gut ausgestattet und super sauber. 3 Bäder, Waschmaschine und in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage. Die Wohnung ist im 4. OG., und es gibt einen Aufzug. Alberto ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist wirklich in der Nähe vom Stadtstrand. Wobei wir mit dem Auto jeden Tag zu einem anderen Strand gefahren sind. Cagliari ist eine sehr schöne Stadt. Es gibt viel zu sehen. Von der Wohnung aus sind die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt mit dem Auto in max. 15 bis 25 min zu errreichen. Die schönen Strände in Chia und Villasimius in ca. 1 Stunde. Wir haben richtig tollen Urlaub hier gemacht. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!!!

Wonderful apartment

Wonderful apartment, clean, spacious with fully equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The apartment is located in a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood about 15 minutes walk to the beach. However, it is located really close to the city center. The Bus stop to get to Old City is about a 5 minute walk. We highly recommend to choose this option to stay in Cagliari.

Des vacances reposantes dans un appartement moderne

Des vacances comme on voulait. Détente, pas trop loin du centre-ville et assez proche de la plage. L'appartement est bien équipé, très propre, très grand, chaque chambre a sa propre climatisation et il y a trois salles de bain ... Un vrai luxe d'être confortable et de gagner du temps. Le propriétaire est tout simplement fantastique, d'une courtoisie d'autres temps. Nous sommes trop heureux. Merci pour tout.

Alberto is a cery generous and caring host. We were in communication before my arrival and throughout the stay. He was on hand to answer any questions and a great local guide. The apartment is a superb family space with ample rooms and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

A casa está em uma boa posição e em dois minutos de carro você chega à praia, enquanto os serviços (dois supermercados, farmácia, bar, restaurante, pizzaria, frutas e legumes, banca de jornal, banco), estão todos dentro de poucos minutos a pé. O apartamento é muito grande e confortável. O proprietário é uma pessoa muito útil e amável, sempre pronto para responder às nossas dúvidas, resolvendo todos os nossos problemas, dando-nos umas férias despreocupadas! Eu recomendo!

Beautiful apartment and lovely location

Lovely location, 10 minute walk to the beach, short bus ride from downtown, and the local shops are all friendly and charming. The house is even better than in the pictures! It's just hard to take good indoor pictures with the beautiful sunlight streaming in this spacious airy apartment. The TV has free DVD which helps keeps the kids entertained. Really great space with plenty of free car parking if you rent a car. Seriously amazing place. We all loved it.
