"Lovely place to stay and staff were so welcoming and helpful. We enjoyd the hearty breakfast. The location is great to travel by train in to Cardiff city centre. We will return and hopefully arrive earlier to fit in an evening meal - menu looked good."

The concert finished at 10.30. 5 women in our 60’s waiting on a pavement in Cardiff was awful. So I asked the Coach and Horses if we could cancel and have a refund (this hotel is a taxi ride way!) they refused as it was non refundable rooms. So I asked them several times. If I could have a credit note £270!! Not including breakfast is a lot to lose,...

"Breakfast staff were good. Mattresses very old mine had big dip in middle and gave me back ache. One Member of reception team was very unhelpful about this. Eventually replaced as house keeping team more understanding. No plugs near bed radiator on outside room in a heatwave! Room very hot and most windows wouldn’t open."

"The hotel was well situated and the room was clean and a good size. All the staff were very helpful. There was a good range of continental and cooked breakfast. Quite a large car park so there was still a space when I arrived at 8:20pm (week day)."

Everything was excellent only thing will request next time is a superior double room over the courtyard rather the outside of hotel as we were overlooking staff area and were woken by trolleys at 8am.
