These detached, beautiful, stately and spacious villas for 14 people, built in 2018, are located at Resort De Parade, only 350 m from the North Sea coast of Cadzand-Bad. You will want for nothing in this luxury accommodation. The villa has three floors with a total of seven bedrooms and six bathrooms. On the ground floor you have a bedroom and a bathroom en-suite. Which is handy if there are people in your party who may be less mobile. Also on this floor a living room with smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with island. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with bathroom en-suite. There is also a separate bathroom with sauna. On the second floor there are another three bedrooms, one with bathroom en-suite and a separate bathroom. The interior is as you would expect; modern, luxurious, complete and comfortable. Each floor also features a separate toilet. In all bedrooms there is a smart TV and all beds are single box-spring beds, though they may be in a 2 person set up. Around the house you will find a spacious garden, located on the south. There is a terrace and you have access to sunbeds and a lounge set. There is parking for four cars. Smoking is not allowed in these villas. Of course there is free WiFi available. The gardens have been landscaped but are still growing and not fully matured yet.
