"One of the best places we stayed at in Sicily. Loved how modern and clean our room was. The soap, extra pillows and hot water made a big difference--something you don't normally think about. The bed was also very comfortable. Francesco was super helpful and friendly with our check-in and parking inside their garage. "I was a man traveling alone. I wanted a simple hotel in the center of Palermo. This hotel met my needs exactly. It was convenient, clean, the room was excellent, and I was very satisfied. There was no elevator, but I knew that going in. When you stay at a property at this price, You cannot expect it to have everything you want. Very satisfied, and I would stay here again."

"Castelnuovo was excellent. It is a bit hard to find, but the staff is incredibly helpful. The room is large, the bed if comfortable, and everything is very clean. It has a good location not far from the Teatro Massimo and Borgo Vecchio. The breakfast had coffee, cereals, biscotti, and two different breakfast pies. It was nothing spectacular but good. I would highly recommend."

"Slightly quirky rooms, that were super nice with fresh and well done finishes. The girl that did check-in was super friendly and helpful and made me breakfast to take to my room for the next day due to being an early check-out prior to normal breakfast times. The room was very comfortable and modern, with an arty twist. Easy enough to find and access in what felt to be a safe location. I had a super good last nights sleep in Sicily here before heading to the airport. Parking was a challenge...

"The room was very spacious, and the private hot tub along with the outdoor area were great perks. Carlotta was very kind and helped me with all my questions and concerns. There are plenty of shops nearby, and it’s conveniently close to both the bus and train stations. This is the perfect area to stay if you want to be right in the center of everything!"
