The Space:

This 3-bedroom plus loft vacation villa is professionally decorated and has a private pool looking out over the fairway at the prestigious Reserva Conchal Resort Community. In addition, this villa has a bonus room and an additional study. This is the only villa in all of Carao that offers a 3rd story loft bedroom. You are also only a 10-minute walk to the beach club!



Located on the 10th hole of the spectacular golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., Villa Carao 3 is a private, three-story vacation villa that sleeps up to 8 guests in 3 Bedrooms and a 3rd story loft bedroom, 3 of which come ensuite with full baths. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



This villa has all the comforts of home and offers the best resort living. We begin by offering air-conditioning throughout the entire home and a covered carport for 2 vehicles. Cable TV, Wireless broadband internet, and a private phone line are also included in your rental. All televisions are HD flat screens. Cleaning service is included every 2 days from the day of check-in at no additional cost. As a guest of this property, we include a complimentary welcome basket with coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap, are all included. The villa is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!

This well-designed vacation home is built along a gentle slope, allowing you to enter through the front door into the main living area on the 2nd floor. This level is the main living area, with:

The outdoor entertainment space features a large terrace surrounding the in-ground infinity pool, with a wrap-around covered porch with ceiling fans. Under this porch you will find a Dining Table, a Bistro set, and a covered lounge area for relaxing, reading, and observing the wildlife and golfers on the fairway. The large open terrace has comfortable padded chaise lounges surrounding the pool for soaking up the sun. There is also a 1/2 bath off the pool area and an outdoor shower.



The Top Floor is a loft-style bedroom with two twin beds. (Can be converted into a king bed upon request).

The Neighborhood:

Reserva Conchal is amazing! 2300 acres to explore. If you choose not to rent a car, there is an internal shuttle that can be used inside the resort with advance notice.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car, but you can do without one. My company can set up taxi and shuttle services as well as rental cars.
