Welcome to The Byron Pavilion, your ideal getaway nestled in the heart of lively Byron Bay in the beautiful NSW state. This superb holiday rental can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, making it the perfect hub for your next group trip or family holiday.

Discover four beautifully furnished bedrooms, each offering different configurations to suit a variety of needs. Two spacious bathrooms stand ready to refresh and rejuvenate you after a day of exploration. Two convenient off-street parking spaces are also included, adding an additional touch of convenience to your stay.

The Byron Pavilion comes with an array of upscale amenities to enhance your stay. Stay cool with the air conditioning or enjoy the gentle breeze from the ceiling fans. Whip up delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, microwave oven, and Nespresso classic pod coffee machine. The Weber BBQ on the scenic balcony or the deck area is perfect for some outdoor cooking fun.

Maximum of 8 adults in a group - we reserve the right to cancel the booking if the group is inappropriate or we feel uncomfortable
No Schoolies/school leavers, please don't ask
No Parties whatsoever or excessive socialising
We have a strict NO outside noise policy from 10pm - 8am weekends and 9pm weekdays.
No groups under 25 years of age.

Perfect Location

Excellent house for a larger group with a big living and kitchen area. Outside area is wonderful and feels like you are in a tropical paradise. Great Location with easy walking distance to the supermarket and city centre. Would stay again!

It's better than all good

Always like a property that has lots of everything you need and this place does. Having stayed at a different place each year for the last 6 this one has been the best so far. Really easy access to shops and beach. A great place to hang out at. Massive kitchen and fridges means no need to go out to dine. Juliette was great to deal with. Super helpful.

Family celebration

The house was perfect for our parents Diamond wedding Anniversary, we managed to get all the family together from Sydney, UK and Queensland, plenty of parking for all our cars! Perfect for dinner round the table, plenty of room in the kitchen and spacious bedrooms, all clean and well equipped. Easy walking into town and beach. We would happily stay here again. Thank you

Fabulous house in great location. Ideal for large group.

The property was everything it seemed to be online. Ideally set up for a large group of adults travelling to Byron for a weekend break. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Great location a five-minute walk to town or the beach but in a quiet residential street. Cannot recommend highly enough. Would definitely return.
