Calinda Sol is a relaxed, family-friendly townhouse just 200 metres from Clarkes Beach and a 5-minute walk to Byron Bay’s town centre. The complex offers a swimming pool and a half-size tennis court for guests to enjoy.

The ground floor features a comfortable living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and a powder room. Step outside to the private patio with a BBQ and outdoor lounge, perfect for family meals or relaxing afternoons.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has air conditioning and a balcony, along with two additional bedrooms that share the main bathroom and a separate toilet.

Everything was amazing! The house was cozy, clean and comfortable, the location was as perfect walking distance to the beach and shops and it was a beautiful quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Had a great time in Byron Bay. The location of the property is a pleasant 15 mins walk from the centre of town along the beachfront. Great access to beaches and the lighthouse walk.

Everything was good about the property accept the shower, it requires attention, a towel needed to be placed on the ground to stop the water flooding the bathroom

This townhouse was beautifully presented with everything you could need. The furniture was very comfortable and the home was very clean. We were concerned that water poured out of the shower screen when in use and we spent a lot of time mopping up leaked water. Also the BBQ was not left clean. The townhouse is in a very convenient location so we didn’t need to use our car much. You can walk into town or the beach within minutes. It was a lovely stay and we would return.

Very nice - quiet and close to the beach. Not to close to Byron town Center is good

No major issues. Very nice overall and would retuned. Only issue is the bathroom drainage is terrible. The entire floor gets soaked when having a shower even with the door closed. Also the bath taps are restricted so much it makes the bath completely useless - literally 3 hours to put a decent amount of water in the bathtub.

Issue with shower.

Very nice property, very much enjoyed our stay. Only issue was the shower became blocked and water wouldn’t drain away on the second day of our 4 day stay. We were unable to use the shower and the bathroom developed a bad smell. The property manager was informed on return of the keys. Due to that issue the overall rating was 3.

Perfect apartment clean and in a great position.

This place was great. Only issue was the bathroom folded every time someone showered. We had to constantly mop up the floor. Also 3 bedrooms but only one bathroom. However the bathroom was large and looked newly renovated.

Small but nice townhouse

Great outdoor space but take mozzie spray as you’ll get eaten alive. Townhouse is lovely, decor is nice. Beds aren’t the most comfortable. Shower head is impractical - loads of water coming out of the shower and wetting the floor. Great bath but the water dribbles out. A few hazard if you have small children - two steps that aren’t made very noticeable with mats or similar so be warey of that. Also, no details of parking or code for the swimming pool left. We had to ask neighbours. Road is a little bit noisey but otherwise a great location - nice but small 3 bedroom townhouse.

Great location. Short walk into town, super close to the beach and the lighthouse walk, and a step away from one of our favourite cafes. Just a shame there were roadworks right out the front from 7am -5pm for the duration of our stay. But would definitely stay here again.

Great location, family loved it, but just one thing...

My family is pretty picky and they liked this place a lot. Awesome location, nice pool and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing is that the carpet in the living room is pretty grimy. I'm sure one day it was in it's original white, but now it just looks dark and dirty. Almost ruins the positive beach vibe of the place. Definitely could use a clean. -1 point for that. Otherwise, 5 stars.

Modern, spacious and well appointed Holiday Accommodation

A wonderful week-long stay for a family of four during the July 2020 school holidays. The property is modern, spacious and well appointed that led to a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property is away from the hustle and bustle of the Byron CBD but still within an easy walk. Beaches were an easy stroll as was a great loop walk via the Milne Track to Tallows Beach and back again. Note this property is two-storey with internal spiral stairs that would prove challenging for people with mobility limitations. Otherwise thoroughly recommended.

Great location! Well appointed!!

The apartment was really well set up for our family of 4. There was plenty of dishwasher powder and washing powder plus a dryer, so it was really easy to keep the place clean. The shared pool was great and it was an easy stroll to Clark’s beach which we love!! It’s not far from the shops either! We also managed a later checkout which meant we were able to enjoy the last day and stay longer for no additional charge. The decor was lovely! Loved the wall paper in the upstairs bathroom and all the plants in many corners gave the place a modern feel. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was a god send and kept the whole place pretty cool which is what you need in January in Byron Bay. We will be back for sure, great spot to stay!

Great Location

Great location!! Close (5 min) walk to the most beautiful beach! The pool was small and not well maintained, but with such an awesome beach nearby the pool wasn't our top priority.
