Ocean View at Kiah offers a stunning 3 bedroom luxury villa nestled within the award-winning Kiah Beach House complex. Perfectly positioned just a 7 min stroll to Byron's vibrant town centre and only a few minutes' walk through to the beach.

This exquisite property showcases unique art pieces, sumptuous lounges, high quality bedding, and a chef's kitchen throughout.

The ground level presents a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area that seamlessly flows onto an expansive deck, enveloped by well-established tropical gardens with views overlooking the complex's magnificent 20m pool. The lower floor includes a bathroom and a versatile bunkroom boasting a double bed below and single bed above, complete with a flatscreen TV and comfortable bean bags for relaxation.

Upstairs reveals 2 additional bedrooms: a king-size master bedroom with ensuite featuring a luxurious bathtub, and a flexible second bedroom that can be arranged as either twin singles or a king configuration. A second bathroom completes this level. Both upper bedrooms capture ocean views through the coastal vegetation.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans enhancing comfort in both upstairs bedrooms. Guests enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and a quality entertainment system including an LG audio setup with iPod dock for evenings in. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a coffee pod machine for coffee lovers. Security features include an undercover carpark and security gates, ensuring children can play safely within the grounds.

Parking includes 2 car spaces: one underground in the garage and an additional off-street parking space.

Family Holiday

Great house and location . Just a few maintenance issues . BBQ light not working , the TV’s could do with updating to smart TV’s as they are pretty much rusted out and hard to get dvd playing as several HDMI ports are broken . Lamp light in main bedroom out . Perhaps leave the air conditioning on when cleaners depart (if same day clean / check in ) would be a nice welcome. And lastly the wi fi is terrible . Maybe some extenders might help

Needs more detail in the kitchen if you want to entertain. Couldn't connect to the Smart TV. But overall loved it thank you.

Absolutely magical

We could not have chosen a lovelier place to stay. It was our family of four (3 yo and 7 mo) and my parents and we all had plenty of space. The location was perfect, a 10 min walk or 2 min drive to the centre of town. The pool was right outside the villa, we all swam multiple times a day. The beds were king size and so so comfortable. I think this is a huge tick when staying somewhere. The only thing we found was tricky was managing the aircon with a small baby, our room was either really cold or really hot. We would definitely choose this beautiful property again.

Nice property

The property was great. However towels are a bit thin and probably should be replaced. Also we had trouble accessing the individual garage and had to park in a visitor’s spot - no problem really but didn’t get a reply to our email until after we had left the property. Enjoyed our stay.

Hideaway in Byron

Lovely to feel suspended among the trees in this light filled space. A short stroll to the heart of byron and a quick drive everywhere else.

The house was lovely and spacious in a perfect position to access the beach and the town as well. The amenities were perfectly organized and all you need was available in the kitchen. The bedrooms had lovely sunrise views and lots of natural light. Bedding and dust was a little bit below average expectations but other than that all was great.
