"We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! He is the cutest guy and got along with the two pups we had in our group. Great communication with Joycelyn and would recommend anyone to stay there. "

"We stayed at this home for a quick weekend visit to the area with friends. The house is what you would expect for a cape home with everything you could possibly need during your stay. "This stay was fantastic! The hosts give you everything you could possibly need and then you also have a beautiful view of the ocean. You can hear the waves from inside the room! It was very clean and comfortable while also being in a great location. The hosts were both helpful and kind. Highly recommended! "

"We had a great stay in Hyannis! The location is great for catching a ferry to Nantucket or the vineyard, and Main Street is within walking distance. The backyard is also very peaceful for a cup of coffee in the morning! "

"Overall the property was perfect. Great location, super clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. The only negative I can say is that the property is a duplex and that’s not mentioned in the listing. Overall great spot and would stay there again!"
