The check-in staff was not friendly or accommodating. We checked in at 9:30 PM and informed her that we would need to check out early around 6:00 AM, so we would not be able to have breakfast at 7:00 AM.
We simply asked if it would be possible to get some bread or a small breakfast to take with us. However, she refused and said that they do not offer that. Her response made us feel very disappointed and unwelcome.
In addition, the parking situation was terrible and very inconvenient. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.

Last time I was in Toronto I stayed at Shangr La. 8 years later I stayed and nothing changed. Great staff, clean in and out. Convenient location for tourism, fine dining, and great views. I dont think I want to stay anywhere else when i visit again.
