Ideally positioned close to beautiful beaches, the town centre, and Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course, Nora’s Retreat provides the perfect base to unwind, explore, and experience the very best of the South West.



The Space:

Step inside and discover a space thoughtfully designed for comfort, ease, and connection. The open-plan living and dining area creates a warm, inviting atmosphere, where natural light flows through large windows and highlights the home’s relaxed, coastal feel.



The fully equipped kitchen is designed for effortless entertaining, featuring quality appliances and a spacious island bench that brings everyone together for shared meals and conversation.



Each bedroom is beautifully appointed with soft linens and plush bedding, ensuring a restful and restorative stay. The master suite includes a private ensuite, while the additional modern bathroom offers both a rainfall shower and a deep soaking tub for added comfort.



Outside, the alfresco dining and BBQ area set the scene for long lunches and sunset drinks, surrounded by a landscaped garden that offers a quiet, peaceful space to unwind after a day of exploring.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the spacious outdoor entertaining area and secure garage parking.



The Neighborhood:

Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Elanora Retreat enjoys a peaceful residential setting while still being perfectly positioned for convenience. From here, it’s just a short stroll to the beach at Old Dunsborough, ideal for morning swims, sunset walks, and relaxed coastal days.



The property also offers easy access to Dunsborough town centre, where you’ll find cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and everyday essentials just minutes away.



It’s a relaxed and well-connected location, offering the best of both quiet coastal living and vibrant town convenience.

Check-in: 3:00pm

Check-out: 10:00am

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request (fees apply).



Noise & Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay.



Firewood

A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.



Leavers

We are currently not hosting Leavers bookings.



Pet Policy

This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises at any time. Any unauthorised pets may result in additional cleaning fees and/or breach of booking terms.



Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
