This renovated holiday home may soon become your favourite holiday escape in Dunsborough!

Set up for families and groups of friends, this home is the perfect allrounder in terms of location and amenities. Beach lovers will be walking distance to one of Old Dunsborough’s most popular beaches, bike riders will enjoy being close to the Meelup mountain bike trails, and wine and food lovers are just a short drive away from a range of exceptional wineries and gourmet food producers. There is guest wi-fi too.

Set back in from the road, the house is nestled on a spacious bushland block amongst native grasstrees, tall gums and peppermint trees, giving the whole place a really lovely ambience. It also has lawn out the back (in an enclosed yard), with lots of space for storing your bikes, surfboards and other adventure toys.

Inside, the tastefully decorated home has a sparkling kitchen and bathrooms, as well as ceiling fans and lush carpets in the bedrooms and super comfy bedding. You are in for a real treat!

Couples with also enjoy the master bedroom’s ensuite bathroom and large walk-in robe. The second shared bathroom features a must-have bath for a nice relaxing soak.

*** One dog only is allowed but you must tell us first before you bring your pet. Pets are NOT allowed into bedrooms, on carpets or on any furniture or carpet cleaning charges will be applied. BYO all pet bedding and feeding bowls.

Nespresso pod coffee machine, dishwasher, full range of crockery, cutlery, serving platters, glassware and cookware. Microwave oven, electric cooktop and electric oven. Dishwashing and cleaning items provided.

TV and wood fire (Wood can be purchased at the local service station). Board games and puzzles. Ceiling fan.

This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than four cars are allowed at this property. No more than six people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).

Coastal midges and mosquitoes are a part of life in the South-West, especially at dusk. They are very attracted to inside lights at night.
We recommend that you keep doors and windows without screens closed to avoid insects entering the house. The best health advice is to wear long, loose clothing when outdoors and use insect repellant.

Lovely stay evthing was great for our family Grandparents kids and grandchild. Fire and BBQ were good ,all bathrooms and kitchen renovated/updated ,though i would be good to update the shower head and taps ,also not much pressure! Also had power cut every evening for 2-5 seconds?Overall very pleasant and will book again.

Wonderful Stay!

Lovely little modern house, beautiful bedrooms, great open plan kitchen with all working appliances. Best part was we were able to bring our dog this time - has a lovely garden, trees and lawn with secure fences all around for the dog to play in. Look forward to coming back again soon!

A real Gem!

Lovely neat and well equipped family home. We were a family of Mum, Dad, Daughter, Son-in-law and 8 month old baby. The 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and one en-suite bathroom worked well. The native garden and lawn area was a very relaxing space for play or relaxing with a glass of wine at the end of the day. Old Dunsborough is beautiful area full of natural bushland and close to beautiful calm beaches suitable for babies and dogs. Dunsborough town is only a short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to others.

Perfection

Wonderful property! Very clean and modern in a fantastic location. Bedrooms are large and the backyard was beautiful to sit in enjoying a wine and listening to the birds. Our one year old son loved running around on the lawned area and we enjoyed being just a short drive to the beach and town center. Owners left a lovely note and coffee pods on arrival too. Thanks for renting out your beautiful property, we look forward to staying here again!

A real gem

We loved this house and it was perfect for the family. Everything was exactly as described and we wish we had stayed longer. Sitting in the sun in the garden for breakfast was delightful. Beds were comfy and coffee pods welcome! yes we would stay again.

Lovely little house

Very comfortable stay here. The bedrooms were a good size with heaters and cozy blankets which we definitely still needed in October! There were plenty of towels, a few toiletries and ample laundry supplies. The kitchen was well equipped with the basics and it was lovely to have the enclosed garden for the kids to play in. Would definitely recommend and we'd happily stay again :)

Just beautiful

We had such a great time at the house. The property was very clean, tidy and the kitchen was very well equipped. We were all very impressed and were very comfortable. The children loved playing in the big garden. The bbq and the fireplace were such a great addition to the house. Lovely stay. We would definitely be happy to rent this place again.
