Footprints in the Sand - Central Busselton

This spacious and tastefully decorated three bedroom and two bathroom house is right in the centre of town. It is just 200 from the post office and 200 - 700 metres to the jetty, beach, river and park, CBD, hotels, restaurants and cafes, shopping, cinema, and the Butter Factory and Historical Museum. The bus station is a 100 metre walk away and a bus stop is just around the corner. Very quiet street considering its central location. Everything is so close you will love it!

THE HOUSE
The home is fully self contained with a fully equipped kitchen, electric oven, gas cooktop, microwave and DeLonghi Magnifica S coffee (bean) machine. The living area and the main bedroom offer reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. The second and third bedrooms have a ceiling fan. Also enjoy the lovely wood fire to warm the house on these cool winter nights. The two toilets are located separate to the bathrooms, and the second bathroom has a bath. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. There is a smart TV so you are welcome to use your own Netflix ID.

There is a huge enclosed backyard, and the outdoor patio has a gas barbeque. Plenty of room for the kids and dog to play. There is also a second outdoor area to relax in privacy.

DOG FRIENDLY - Dogs welcome with prior arrangement. Dogs - $20 per night, per dog . Please state your dog's breed when booking. Dogs are not allowed on the bedding. They must be washed and treated for fleas before arrival.

Pillows, cotton blankets and quilts are provided at the property. Guests can bring their own linen or hire linen for your stay. Linen hire includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels, and face washers.

Registered parking for 3 cars.

Guests may smoke outside. Kindly dispose of your butts cleanly.

Check out is 9.50am before 10am. After 3.00pm check in unless otherwise arranged. We will do our best to accommodate your request if we can.

Your ID will be required.
As per City of Busselton registration requirements the names of all guests staying at the house will be required.

Thanks for hosting us! We had a lovely stay and our dog enjoyed the big backyard.The house was clean and well presented. Kitchen is a little rough around the edges but it had everything we needed and then some.Great location! It was very handy having the shops and foreshore walking distance away.

I booked this house for my daughter and 5 of her friends for Leavers this year and they really enjoyed their stay. The house is beautifully set up, easy walking distance to the shops, beach/jetty and also the official Leavers bus stop! Leanne is a pleasure to deal with and checked in on the girls daily. I would highly recommend this property for any family or group looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay anytime in Busselton.

This is a well kept spotless home with a massive fenced yard for the dog to run around in. It is central to the foreshore, shops, cafes & found a great op shop around the corner. Highly recommend.

The house was a home away from home with lots of extras we didn’t expect. 3 TVs, charging ports, and even a throw rug on the lounge to keep you warm, were all a nice surprise. The beds and lounges were all good, comfy and supportive. The house was large and really clean with a place for everything. Walking distance to town and close to everything the region has to offer. We are looking forward to booking again!

Property is tastefully decorated, warm and welcoming. Well stocked kitchen, everything you could need. Beds comfortable. Loved the individual spaces and the huge relaxing back yard for our furbabys and us.

This is the perfect place to come and visit with family (human and furry). The house is centrally located and is only walking distance away from the beach and shops and other action. The house is set up in such a way that the young people had one section of the house for themselves while the oldies had their own section. The rooms were beautiful and airy with access to the outdoors. The kitchen was so well set up with everything that one needs to cook. All the gear was high quality! The garden was huge and well kept. The dogs loved it! We simply loved it and will come back. Highly recommend this place.

A most welcoming greeting note together with complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates was a warming touch to our stay. Very clean and homely with TV and fireplace. A large well kept garden, a delight for our Golden Retriever.
