This central Dunsborough designer is a mix of art-house luxe with interior designed spaces for everyone, only 50m to the beach you can retire to the outdoor jacuzzi for the ultimate all-day relaxation.



The Space:

Djurapin means ‘Happy’ in Nyoongar, and it is definitely that! From the decor and interiors which vibe a mid century/ New York Apartment and interior designed rooms channeling art-house spaces.



The property has 3 bedrooms, 6 beds and can host up to 8 guests, it boasts two living areas, an outdoor alfresco and a balcony, giving everyone the comfort and space they could seek. The lucky occupants of the master bedroom will wake up to delicious views with ocean glimpses while enjoying the luxury of a jet bath in their private ensuite.



Entry to the house is either from the double garage below where you can lock up your car, or via the front door, you will come to the open-plan kitchen, dining and living room. You are going to love meal times here! The amazing functional kitchen is made for entertaining groups, and features a large fridge, generous breakfast bar and butlers pantry. This main living area overlooks the outdoor living area and opens via a double bi-fold door onto an outdoor alfresco and BBQ area, and a fenced jacuzzi.



Up a flight of stairs, you will find the bedrooms including the large king bedroom and ensuite, library and balcony where you can sit and relax and look at ocean glimpses.



The location means you can either stroll into town or find a secluded part of the beach. So if you want to enjoy the food, dining and nightlife of Dunsborough, or relax and walk the beach, entertain with you and your guests or get dressed up for cocktails, Djurapin is a great choice.
