Important Property Information

- Owners onsite: The owners may stay onsite occasionally to maintain the property. They occupy a separate living space and do not access the main house or alfresco areas during guest stays.

- Animals onsite: Cows and horses live on the property and form part of its rural setting.

- House rules: No pets, parties, smoking or vaping.

- Security deposit: A $200 refundable security deposit is required before your stay. It will be refunded within seven days of checkout, subject to the property inspection and any deductions permitted under the booking terms and applicable law.

- Identification: The primary guest must provide identification before check-in.

- Mosquitoes and midges: Busselton is close to natural wetlands. You may notice mosquitoes and midges, particularly from October to January and around dawn and dusk. We recommend bringing insect repellent.

Supplies for Your Stay

The property provides fully self-contained accommodation. We supply starter quantities of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk and cleaning products for the first couple of days.

Basic kitchen supplies are also provided. Please contact us if you would like a full list. Our office can assist with additional supplies during your stay, which may incur a small fee.
