Step inside to find a light-filled open-plan living area, complete with plush sofas, a large TV with Fetch TV, and stylish décor reflecting Mediterranean charm. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas cooktop, electric oven, and breakfast bar with seating, perfect for preparing meals with ease. A second lounge upstairs provides a peaceful retreat, flowing onto another balcony where Geographe Bay shimmers in the distance



The bedrooms are designed for restful nights, with the primary king bedroom offering a front-row seat to breathtaking sunrises and a private ensuite with dual vanities. Downstairs, a queen bedroom, a twin room, and a spacious bunk room provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone.
