Gunyulgup is one of two identical villas at Artisan. Step into this magical lakeside retreat and be greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing stunning views. Whether sipping local wine, exploring nearby art galleries, or hiking coastal trails, the villa offers an unforgettable, wellness getaway.

The open-plan living area offers a plush lounge set and TV by a stone fireplace—perfect for chilly evenings. Play chef in the sleek, fully-equipped kitchen with a concrete island and hidden appliances and host an intimate meal in the stylish indoor dining space. Outside, opt for alfresco dining or drinks on the stone patio, complete with a BBQ and panoramic lake views.

The two luxurious king bedrooms each have ensuites, one with a freestanding bath for ultimate relaxation. Dark, moody tones and soft lighting create a cosy retreat at the end of the day.

An outdoor hot shower and washing machine await after a beach day, and a Tesla charger ensures easy travel if needed. For those seeking extra indulgence, contact Bodhi Spa Yallingup to add a massage or spa treatment to make your stay an unequalled relaxation experience. Advanced bookings are crucial to secure your spot.

Firewood is provided during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

The property was perfect for our group, my husband, his brother, myself and my sister-in-law, who all get along very well and wanted to have time together to enjoy this part of the Margaret River. We did not want a big house that accommodated a large group. This was perfect for us and so relaxing to come home to, after exploring all day. We had the place to ourselves in what felt like the countryside near a lake, surrounded by nature. It was lovely.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Lovely locale overlooking the lake. Easy to communicate with owner and facility managers. A little overpriced for what you get but comfortable none the less.

Excellent property, beautifully appointed in a lovely location. Only downside was the Tesla charger isn’t working. Luckily we could use the second charger for the neighbouring property.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The setting, overlooking the Lake was beautiful and the architectural style of the home was luxurious. The wood fire was a real highlight as was the bath tub. Very comfortable beds and excellent proximity to everything in the region. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful property in great relaxing surrounds. Amenities are great . Only suggestion to improve a great experience would be a space to pack groceries and for winter a drier. Highly recommend 🙂

My friend and I stayed at Artisan Gunyulgup for 3 nights ending our 2000+ road trip in WA’s south west with a huge bang. This place is totally awesome, so upmarket. We loved the concrete floors and the huge bedrooms. But most we loved the outlook over the little lake. Every night we had wine and cheese watching the sunset colours across the sky. For those that love a pamper session they have just opened Bodhi Spa right next door. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to WA.

Luxury property in a beautiful location. Shame the peacefulness and exclusivity of the property has been spoiled by the monolith building being constructed right next door ruining the privacy of the property.

We loved the stunning Artisan accommodation. It was so beautiful, comfortable and relaxing! The best part is waking up the the stunning view! Can’t think of a better way to spend a few days down south! We will definitely be back!

Everything in the homes has been upgraded to the highest quality, they have thought of everything! Would definitely come back! Little Fish next door was amazing food and they were kind enough to do take away.. but think ahead and book if you want to visit the restaurant.
