The Space:

Tucked away in a tranquil bushland setting, this thoughtfully designed home offers a relaxed retreat where contemporary comforts meet the natural beauty of Old Dunsborough. Spread across three levels, the interiors feel bright and welcoming, with warm timber flooring, large windows, and leafy outlooks creating a calm connection to the surrounding landscape. Multiple living zones provide plenty of room to come together or enjoy a quiet moment, while reverse-cycle air conditioning ensures year-round comfort.



The main living area is filled with natural light and flows seamlessly into the heart of the home. The well-equipped kitchen offers generous bench space, modern appliances, and everything needed for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a leisurely dinner. A Nespresso-compatible coffee machine helps start the day with ease, while the adjacent dining area provides a comfortable setting for shared meals and conversation. Large openings connect the indoor spaces with the surrounding greenery, enhancing the home's peaceful atmosphere.



Outside, the deck and verandah invite guests to embrace the laid-back lifestyle of the South West. Enjoy alfresco dining with the BBQ, settle into the hammock with a book, or simply relax beneath the trees while listening to the sounds of nature. The elevated position provides a sense of privacy and seclusion while remaining close to the beach and town. Family-friendly additions, including a stair safety gate, high chair, and baby cot, make travelling with younger guests more convenient.



Each of the four bedrooms is furnished with a queen bed and designed as a comfortable place to unwind after a day of exploring. Three bathrooms are thoughtfully positioned throughout the home, including an ensuite with a bathtub for a relaxing soak. Family-friendly touches such as a stair safety gate, baby cot, and high chair, a dedicated laundry with washing facilities, and secure garage parking ensure a comfortable and easy getaway. The driveway is shared with one neighbouring property while maintaining privacy for guests.



Located near Meelup Regional Park, the home is surrounded by native bushland and local wildlife may occasionally visit the area, so keeping windows and doors closed will help minimise critter encounters. As with many homes in this natural setting, there may be occasional interruptions to mains water and power services.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including secure garage parking, the backyard, and all indoor spaces.



The Neighborhood:

Located in sought-after Old Dunsborough, this peaceful bushland setting offers easy access to some of the region’s most loved coastal attractions. Old Dunsborough Beach is only a short drive away, perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, and relaxed waterfront walks. The town centre can be reached in around five minutes by car, where you’ll find cafés, restaurants, boutique shopping, and local conveniences. Explore nearby walking trails through Meelup Regional Park, discover the sheltered bays along the coastline, or venture to the Margaret River wine region for cellar doors and gourmet experiences. Public transport options are available in town, while a car makes it easy to explore the wider South West region.



Getting Around:

Please do not park in the driveway, as it is shared with the neighbours. Please use the on-site garage for parking.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.





We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.





Arbre Retreat operates on main water and power, but there may be occasional interruptions due to the natural setting.





Located near the Meelup Regional Park, you may encounter local wildlife. To minimize critter visits, keep windows and doors closed.



Please note that infants must be included in your TOTAL guest count, in compliance with the city regulations and STRA licensing.
