"The pool area was small, bur it was good for the kids. The staff was nice, and check in/out was easy. Our room was fine, there was a big crack in the shower wall and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. This was our 2nd time staying here, because it is right in the downtown area and it is easy to walk to places. All in all this is a decent hotel, but I have definitely been to better hotels for a similar or lower price. "

While the overall look and layout of the hotel is nice, when you take a closer look you really start to notice how shoddy the various repairs are which kinda detracted from the overall experience."

"I really enjoy this hotel, though it is very pricey. Room was great, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is outstanding with the omlets. Paying for parking feels a bit silly, which is why I'm rating 4 stars (overall price and parking.)"

"Had 2 rooms, booked the 2nd on-site as we had more people in our party than originally planned. Both rooms were unable to use the deadbolt locks, they weren't aligned with the door frame at all which was very concerning and we didn't get much sleep as a result. Hotel was old and needed renovations but it was clean and the staff was very professional and nice. "

"Staff was great. Amenities, not so good. Stay was Sunday to Tuesday -- restaurant was closed that whole time. Dirty, used Q-tip in corner of bathroom, overhead light and fan in bathroom not working, lip of shower between shower pan and bathroom floor was rusty, room heater was loud, TV had no channel guide and no access to apps that I could have logged into. No documentation in room explaining anything. "

They have signs that they are undergoing renovation but outside of seeing things that need to be addressed (e.g., bathroom ceiling caving in, visible water damage, walls that need patching, items falling off of the wall, mechanical items in what should be the breakfast area) we did not see any active renovation. Overall, the building didn't feel, appear or smell clean. We purchased towels and pillows from a nearby Walmart to take a shower and...

"The front desk staff were nice and helpful. The facility was a little beat up (chipped paint, dirty, part of wall falling down, etc). The room was dirty - probably the dirtiest hotel room I've ever stayed in. "
