"We stayed here prior to my son taking an exam at facility for his medical license. The room was very clean, front desk young man was very courteous. He even gave us a free coupon for breakfast for two. We ate at eleven waters for dinner as well. Wow definitely recommend eleven waters. It was so delicious. "A bus full of college athletes came on our second night. We were in the pool and all of them, with their coaches, arrived and proceeded to take over the pool to do training/exercising. The pool was too small for us to enjoy a relaxed swim while they were doing their thing; we were figuratively "forced out". "Staff were friendly, room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable but could use better pillows. Walk to downtown is easy, Uber to Lakeview for a concert. Parking at hotel is not free but convenient. Coffee marker was broken in our room, but there was free coffee in the lobby. Love the full size refrigerator and dishes provided. "

"I stayed at Collegian this year, September 5-7, for an SU COL class reunion and I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again next trip to Syracuse. The location is excellent, easy walking distance to campus and the stadium. The rooms are well kept and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and helpful. No complaints. "

"I recently stayed at Springhill Suites by Marriott Syracuse Carrier Circle for Labor Day weekend getaway, and it exceeded my expectations! The staff was welcoming, making check-in easy. My room was spacious, clean. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night. The hotel facilities were excellent. I enjoyed the well-maintained pool and the delicious breakfast buffet at the on-site restaurant. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!"
