"We came in from Pittsburgh, PA for a huge event in the city that was well advertised. When checking in, the process was rather lengthy with multiple people waiting. The ‘incidental’ charges were different prices for everyone. The pool was not filled/operable. The fireplaces outside were also inoperable. "We enjoyed the unit and loved all of the space and quantity of kitchen dishes. We were very disappointed in our ability to control the thermostat and were very cold. The manager told us they “forgot” to change the settings. It was in the 20’s and the house needs storm windows. The windows leak badly!
