Kitchen though was well equipped and lots of space including designated cupboards for each of the 7 rooms. "Located in a quiet area of Carvoeiro the property and grounds, pool etc are kept in good condition. Apartment was well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine etc and AC. All staff were friendly and very helpful. A hire car is useful but Carvoeiro is walkable, but the the return walk is uphill and very steep in places. Cars can be hired through the hotel and the rate we got was better than going direct to the bigger companies. We would definitely return here if we go back to this area....

"The location was slightly out of town and away from the cafes and bars but still with a sea view, which suited us perfectly, and yet it was only a few minutes walk to get down to the beach and town centre. "Staff was very helpful and friendly. We reserved with half board, so we had dinner, wich was very convenient because you don't have anything in a short distance. Breakfast and dinner were delicious! The hotel is beautiful and rooms are spacious and well equipped with kitchenette. "We liked area around- pools area, playground for kids, however in April water seems to be still very cold for swiming, so maybe to think on heated pool (at least for kids) installation. Minuses-if you want to use kitchen or washing machine you need to buy all detergents or oil for cooking, salt, pepper yourself, which is not very convinient and reasonable in case of foreign travellers staying for just couple of nights."
