"The property and pool are both very nice and the views are amazing. The room we had was very dated, the bed was low and quite hard, there was no shower curtain so water sprayed all over the bathroom, and there was a slight smell of sewage coming from the toilet area. I think this was just particular to our room so I don't want to deter you from giving it a try because it's got some really good things as I mentioned above. "I was blown away with our stay. The pictures do not do the property justice. The apartment was SO much better in person, and the resort was SO much nicer in person. Update those photos because this property is fantastic!"

"Don’t rent this property! The owner (Pamela) does not know what she is doing. The checkin process was terrible. I did not get the code and instructions and she could not send it for several hours. The dishwasher does not work and woke me up with incessant beeping at night. They tried to kick me out at 10am even though Expedia clearly said the checkout is at 11am. The property manager João yelled at me saying that I need to get out. They don’t have any sense of customer service at all"
