"Firstly, most importantly Kseniya the lady in the hotel everyday treated all guests with a friendly and helpful manner. I’ve travelled a lot and most staff have been ok. "We really liked Tarsis Hotel. The staff was really welcoming and nice. Especially the male receptionist and the guy at the door during meals. We felt really welcome at this hotel.
