"The room was clean and had a unique layout that had the bed facing the window, which had a great view of Asheville and the mountains. The bar and outside restaurant also have a great view. Complimentary champagne is available in the lobby, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that parking was valet at $22 per night which was not indicated when making reservations."

"It was very clean even though there were many dogs at the hotel. Staff was very nice. The cost for parking with the hotel is very high and this area is very noisy at night if you are trying to go to bed early. We just parked at the Wall Street garage."

"Hotel was very clean - from entry way to elevators to hallway to room. The hotel was very busy based on elevator traffic, but didn't hear a peep from other guests. Great location in the middle of downtown. REALLY appreciate the self park - and unlimited in and out access. Plus the parking is mostly reserved for guests so you don't have to worry about finding a spot! Front desk very kind."

"I travel frequently for work and pleasure and this hotel was probably the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in. Everything was clean. The rooms were spotless. And I am not easily impressed, especially on cleanliness. And it even smelled clean. Not some deodorizer scents to cover up smells. It just smelled like its kept clean. It was also quiet.
