"This is my hometown and I was visiting from Canada. Lovely room nice and clean. I ended up with an accessible room which was lovely but no drawers or cupboard to store clothes which was a bit odd. Front desk staff awesome and friendly lots of tea and coffee for the room The one gentleman in the restaurant made my stay with giving me ice and being so chipper they breakfasts are a fantastic deal I’ll be back Please consider placing fridges in the room! That was the only annoyance"

"This hotel is an easy bus ride from Heathrow. RailAir A1 from bay 12 level 0 Terminal 2 (and 5). It is also next to Winnersh Rail station. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was superb. Wide selection of traditional fare and East Indian cuisine available throughout the day. The wine list was well above average. "Everything was excellent throughout only a minor slip with the cleaning we had two long hairs on our mattress which looked like from the cleaner maybe completely unintended you can tell by the beds overall cleanliness and everything else was superb. "Excellent location in central Reading. Rooms are clean and modernized with functional air conditioning, which was needed in the hot summer. There was noise from upstairs but staff helpfully gave me a complimentary upgrade into a nicer room. Room rate was very reasonable. Would definitely visit Garner again!"
