Big change this year: bizzare overseas booking/billing "service". Expedia was very much superior in this regard. I booked the room in Canadian dollars, paid with my Canadian credit card, and was billed in Euros !!! Bloody Euros! Still haven't sorted that out, but the AI team in Austria tells me it is my responsibility to...

"I can go to the casinos across the river, 5 minutes away, and get a better room cheaper! The are Zero amenities at this property! The property, even though supposedly recently renovated, is run down and damages to walls and doors in the room are obvious and badly repaired! No clock, coffee, iron or board, 2 small soap bars, no shampoo or conditioner, the pool has water in it, but is closed and not known when or If, it will reopen, not a single ice machine on the property works!, the wifi is...

"Terri was pleasant. The unit is spacious."

"Room was a ok. My husband said he felt like he was in prison. lol The room was roomy but it could be better. The bathroom is still the same 20 years old floor and tub/shower. The blinds barely cover the window. We used to stay there 15-20yrs ago. I don’t think we will stay there again. The front desk staff was great though."

"I enjoyed a peaceful environment all round with calm surroundings day and night."

"Poolside seating was very comfortable and inviting for relaxing afternoons."

"Quiet night's sleep helped us recharge before heading out again next morning. No fuss, just what we needed on short notice."
