"I was only in the hotel one night but had a few issues. I never was able to get hot water for a shower, the WiFi was unusable slow, and the HVAC system was outdated. Temp control was nearly impossible so it went from too hot to too cold all night. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep much. That being said, the staff was incredibly nice and made the stay bearable. I thought I left something there and they went above and beyond trying to find the lost item."

"The furniture & carpet have definitely hosted many travelers but it was still very clean. The woman who checked us in & who i believe was tending to the breakfast were extremely kind & hospitable. The breakfast was different & new from other hotel breakfasts & i loved it. We enjoyed making the waffles & adding tummy toppings. We wished it were warmer to utilize the outside sitting & grilling area."

"My 1st room was very dirty. I was given another room that was clean. The management worked with Expedia to give me a credit which restored my faith in both companies. I go to Bridgeville twice a year. I have stayed at both hotels there. The Hampton Inn is my favorite hotel. I will be staying there in the fall."
