"The cabin was probably nice in itself. I wouldn’t know because I never checked in My concern was the property. Poorly maintained and very trashy outside. I did go into the office and it was filthy. Whoever was running the place that I talked to was poorly dressed also. I’m in no way trying to condemn his attire. It could very well be all he had. I’m just saying, that he wasn’t dressed as management and the property matched"

"We were told that it would be ok to check in late. We thougt someone would be on site. It was late and dark. No one was there and office was closed. We didn't have any instructions to get in. We had to rent a room at another hotel for the night. It was 3 1/2 hours into the next day that we finally has a maitenance man show us where the key was. This was after several calls. She said that she had sent check in information after we made reservation. We did not get it. We loved the unit we rented....

"Great communication, great location, and amazing stay, though it was only one day for a business meeting. Ajax Tavern and the Gondola were 2 blocks away, as was everything in downtown Aspen. We will definitely be reaching out again, to book with these owners and likely this unit. The pool was refreshing, the bathroom shower was AMAZING, and the overall feel of the unit was perfect for what we needed for two young teens and my wife and I. well stocked, well cared for, and priced right.
