Welcome to Villa Crilu, a stunning villa located just 800 meters from the sea, featuring a private pool and a spacious lawn. The villa also offers private parking on the property.

Recently renovated, the property is well-equipped and offers all the amenities needed for an unforgettable stay.

The villa can comfortably accommodate 5 people under standard conditions, up to a maximum of 7 people. A crib is available upon request and can be placed in the master bedroom.
Inside, Villa Crilu features 4 rooms:

- a kitchen-living room;

- a double bedroom;

- a bedroom with bunk beds (total of 3 beds);

- a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet;

The interior of the home is furnished with care and attention to detail, featuring traditional Sardinian furniture. All rooms are equipped with an efficient air conditioning and heating system. Hot water is provided by an electric water heater.

The interior of the villa is covered by Wi-Fi, and satellite TV is also available. A safe is provided.

The villa is equipped with every comfort, even outdoors. There is also a granite stone BBQ (barbecue) that allows cooking enthusiasts to prepare delicious grilled meals outdoors.

The garden is adorned with trees and flowering shrubs during the summer season and frames the pool area with a sun deck featuring local stone flooring, equipped with 4 lounge chairs, 2 deck chairs, and 1 umbrella. At the rear of the villa and near the pool is an outdoor hot-water shower (with privacy).

In the evening, all outdoor areas are fully lit so guests can enjoy the villa’s amenities until late at night, while respecting the tranquility of the property and adhering to standards of good personal conduct.

The veranda is furnished with vertical fabric blinds and features a relaxation area with comfortable sofas and a large teak table with chairs where you can enjoy the main meals of the day.

The villa is accessible via a private entrance equipped with an electric gate, ensuring complete independence and privacy as it is not shared with other units.
