The first floor consists of a living room/kitchen with a two-person sofa bed, while the first floor features the bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a small balcony overlooking the sea. The covered porch on the first floor is furnished with patio furniture, a table, chairs, and a barbecue, creating a wonderful outdoor space—perfect for relaxing, reading a book, having lunch, or simply sipping a glass of wine. Air conditioning, a washing machine, and a TV are available for guests. Parking is available nearby.
