Payments and Security Deposit

If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) will be charged based on actual consumption and due at the end of the stay.
A security deposit will be held on your credit card upon arrival. The card must be physically present and in your name.
The amount will be released automatically at the end of the stay (release time may vary depending on your bank).
In case of damage or violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses.

Booking Details

As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may have minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.

Online Check-in and Rental Agreement

After booking, you will be required to complete an online check-in (upload ID documents and selfies for all guests).
Your data is handled in accordance with the GDPR regulations.
A tourist rental agreement is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian; a courtesy translation in English will be provided.


Key Collection
Keys and documents will be handed over at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia , a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Collection
A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
