"We are in agreement with all the positive reviews. Lots of wild birds, take a hummingbird feeder, we attracted many per day. The rustic furniture is adequate. The kitchen has all the necessary basic items. If you like watching water craft going up and down the lake front, you will have plenty of opportunity."

"House needs some help. Dishes are dirty and left in the dish washer from previous guests. The dishes available are random and unorganized. The pullout mattress is filthy, flat and covered in stains. I did not check other mattresses due to being scared what I would see. The mattresses did seem to be very old though. Furniture is very outdated and impossible to clean. Shower in the basement leaks. Paint is falling off and chipped. There is a wasp infestation living in the ceiling fan on the back...

"We met elderly parents and adult children for Labor Day weekend. The house had plenty of room for everyone. The two downstairs masters were great for my father-in-law with Parkinson's. Debbie was easy to communicate with and very responsive. There was an extra app that we had to download that made things a little confusing since all communication and information was shared on VRBO. "

"We travel to the lake several times a year and this house has won the vote as BEST HOUSE by my family! The open concept was perfect for gatherings and all the rooms were very spacious. The flat yard was perfect to walk out to the water and the boat house was perfect for keeping our boat and jet skis. Arkadiy was very friendly and always available. "We rented this house to be near our friends property they own in Great Waters. This house has one of the best lots in their neighborhood with a gorgeous back porch and great views. Easy access to a marina (with ice!), walking trails and nice shared amenities. You are also close to the Great Water clubhouse. The house itself setup nicely for our three families full of elementary school age kids. Plenty of space for cooking and serving, and hanging out! Everything is updated. We will be back! "
