"We stayed as a family of 4 in a superior apartment. The apartment itself is lovely and has been decorated really modern with nice touches. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the apartment could have been better for me. The sofa bed bedding was all in a ball in a cupboard, none of it was folded up or placed nicely so the bedding and pillows had dust and bits of rubbish on. "Needlessly complicated check in process - why did I have to supply my ID? There is no UK legal requirement for this and most places don't do it. The booking app has my details if anything goes wrong. My room (6) was in a dark lower basement, not listed as such. I asked for upstairs room which was available but it did not have a cooking stove.
