"The upgrades look amazing"

"This hotel was under construction and we understand that, but it and seemed messy. The room had bugs on the wall, we even have pictures, but the nice lady at the desk said she couldn't help us bc we booked through a 3rd party so she couldn't do anything about it."

"I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a great experience. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast had a great variety of options each morning. The overall atmosphere made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others."

"Conveniently located off 301. Staff were very helpful. Continental breakfast served from 6am to 10 am. Food area was neat and clean. The room was neat and clean. It was exactly what I liked, nice size bed, refrigerator , tv, desk and chair. Plenty of space to store clothes and items. Perfect for single person. No issues except the occasional dog barking. I felt it wasn’t necessary to complain. I have dog at him and they do bark. Otherwise it’s great for a quick stopover without gym or swimming...

"The water smelled. You have to run it for a little while for the smell to disappear. The towels were dingy and stained. Bring your own. You had to go into another hotel across the way for ice. The staff was excellent but the smelly water and towels were disgusting. I guess you get what you pay for because it's priced well."

"I don’t know where to start the broken windows, the broken shades, the deplorable parking lot, the vagrants hanging , out the sketchy reception area, I told the receptionist cancel my reservation and I found suitable lodging."

"The hotel was ok and in a good location. My major problem is being nickel and dimes for features that are free even in most economy hotels. They advertise breakfast is every morning from 8:30 - 10:30 AM but neglect to inform you of the hyper inflated cost. As an example; a cup of coffee that the front desk clerk pumped from a storage container was $4.50. Breakfast food was equally overpriced."

"Booked a non smoking room but it was definitely smoked in. Ash trays on both sides of the bed. Wobbly desks and chairs. Shower curtain had red marks (not sure if it was blood residue or not), it was torn in multiple places. My clothes smelt like smoke for days even though I checked out same day. Pillows were not bed pillows but looked like couch decor pillows. Im still trying to get my refund but it is a NIGHTMARE!"
