Big Cypress Lodge
Property was very nice, except extremely bad communication on the observation deck hours. The lady at the desk did not inform us that it was on limited hours and it was not posted anywhere. We were only told that it was closing early Sunday. We ended up checking out early due to having nothing else ...

Memphis Vitality Hotel
This is a more modern concept where most interaction is done via an app. There are a few employees at the location and they were helpful and friendly. The downstairs is very sleek and gives the feel of an upscale hotel. The elevators were a little dirty, but served their purpose and functioned well. ...
