"the pool is good for swimming, small number of shared properties, so quiet for sitting. property is quite a distance from anywhere, need a car, beach at least half hour walk. no restaurants in walking distance. Allessandro was helpful and friendly."

"We loved our stay here, all the comforts of home in a wonderful location. The spacious villa had a great pool, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue as well as a beautiful beach near Hotel Minaret within easy walking distance and four or five local restaurants. We’d love to stay here again."

"The property itself is very small but for two people it's perfect. Open plan with a little somewhat steep staircase up to the bedroom area. We like to be off the beaten track and this just right for us, the private courtyard (that includes the shower/washing machine) was a good size with multiple seating options available. Use of the families pool with views for miles including mount Etna was wonderful. Enzo was always available if needed, the Wifi wasn't working initially but he got it...

"100% full filled our expectations. Beautiful old house villa Antica with fabulous interior. Of course house of this age close to beautiful garden has some wildlife knocking on. We felt very welcomed first by Francesco then Patricia, hope you contact us if you ever visit Iceland."

"Nice, spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the water and Siracusa across. Very responsive owner and caretaker. Enjoyed going to Ortigia, Noto, Taormina, and Ragusa, plus beaches to the south. Easy to navigate in any direction. The pizzeria one minute walk away was delightful."

"Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist toll. Doch der aktuelle Zustand des Anwesens ist nicht mit den Fotos in der Anzeige vergleichbar. Vor Allem die Außenanlagen waren sehr ungepflegt.Die Übergabe des Objektes fand praktisch nicht statt. Der Schlüssel steckte im Schloss - Anwesenheit des Vermieters bzw. schriftliche Instruktionen - Fehlanzeige!!! Die Ausstattung der Küche war mangelhaft. Auf Reklamationen (abgebrochener Duschkopf, aus dem Leim gehende Stühle, Defekte Klimaanlage) wurde gar nicht bzw....

"Nous avons pu accéder à notre gîte en autonomie grâce Rodolfo sur wathsapp. Très grand appartement, rustique mais vraiment très jolie avec tout ce qu'il faut et même un peu trop grand et un jardin privatif immense et incroyable presque inutile mais toujours appréciable. Place de parking."

"This was a reasonably priced charming 3 bedroom vintage walk up flat with fully equipped kitchen for making light food and snacks. The apartment also a washing machine but for drying clothes there is an outside clothes line--at the kitchen patio area. The apartment location is in the middle of Catania and there is an open air produce market and flea market every morning 7am to 1pm. Most everything you need is within walking distance and about 5 blocks away there is nice upscale shopping area...
