"Fantastic stay and host!"

"Upon arriving to the property it smelled disgusting - couch was filthy, floors and corners that weren’t carpet had dust, webs, and dirt. There was a gasoline tank in a humid apartment which was a fire and health hazard. His personal belongings were EVERYWHERE - all in the fridge, his shoes and playing balls, his controllers, even a laptop! The cup holders in the couch weren’t even cleaned out and full of disgusting dirt and had a smoke hole in the couch which explained the disgusting smell...

"Great place. Clean small great value "

"Perfect location and property for date night with the wife. With many restaurant options and antique shopping to explore in Depot town it was nice to just walk and relax in a well decorated and clean loft. I suggest that you buy a record from one of the shops and utilize the record player in the loft. Already planning another stay for our next date night!"

"Very cool property, clean and spacious. I was surprised there was no hair dryer and disappointed, although not surprised, that there was no tea. Positive experience overall."

"Was misleading no bedrooms only bed was a boneless sofa bed"

"We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed...

"Great place to stay. Right in Depot Town. Steps from dinning and shopping.Loved the place."

"I liked the layout"

"Perfect for what we needed, really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and access to laundry amenities in unit"

"The loft accommodated all of the little essentials that we leave behind when we are rushing to get out of town."

"Very clean apartment, with all the essentials, in an extremely quiet building and neighborhood."

"Large, spacious loft apartment in a neighbourhood close to Downtown, Riverfront and Huntington Place. Free parking was very convenient. And the apartment building is very easy to find. There are nice cafes and pubs in Corktown within walking distance. Easy access to the bus station. It worked very well for me."

"We spent the weekend in Detroit for our anniversary and went to see the Tigers, Red Wings, and the Lions. The apartment was located close enough for us to not use our car the whole weekend. We got a lot of steps in, but it was doable and we knew we could use public transit if needed. It was clean and comfortable and fairly quiet (we live in a city, so we are used to some noise) since it wasn't at the front of the building."

"Clean room, easy check-in, good parking availability."

"Definitely recommend very affordable option clean apartment and the host is very friendly and communicative"
