"Loved the hotel in all Aspects !"

"The hotel was undergoing some renovations and extensions but that was all ok as we knew that prior. The room itself was great as were all of the other staff with the exception of the staff member that checked us in. She was rude and very unhelpful, if I had not have pre paid o would have gone elsewhere. They provided some coffee and snacks as an alternate to breakfast due to the restaurant not being open. "A little tricky to find your way in the first time by car but well worth the effort. An excellent value hotel. I could happily have stayed for a week had it been in a holiday resort and not East Kilbride. Looks a bit like you are in East Germany from the outside but it’s lovely on the inside. I am booking again for next month. "
