"Big yard and great outside deck. Lovely place to stay."

"Did the job. Very noisy late night foot traffic from pub woke us up several times every night. Very hot little fibro building. Often cooler outside. Air conditioner could not cool bedrooms. Otherwise great location."

"Great location in between town and pippies beach. The unit is very basic but functional. Had a top loader washing machine, no dishwasher, only one air conditioner at the front of the property so the bedrooms were hot! Shower is in the laundry which is fine. Main issue was the toilet smelt like a rank men’s public toilet despite every effort to clean it. Had to keep the door shut at all times. Needs to be fixed!"

"The house is beginning to show its age. Although it was comfortable there was still a number of issues that were relayed to the estate agent. eg Scalding hot water, failure of air conditioning, leaking washing machine, and kitchen mixer tap broke off in my hand. The estate agent was right on to everything. It was walking distance of Yamba Fair shopping centre."

"We loved the proximity to the ocean and the lake. The bowling club was great as well. Loved the house and outdoor fire pit. Was a bit cold in main lounge could do with another heater during winter. We wouldn’t hesitate in staying there again it was beautiful."

"This was a very practical spot for a family gathering. The pool was an asset with the children. Large enough for visitors to drop in. Quiet area. I can recommend the ferry for a look around the area. "

"We loved this original retro fibro holiday house Sun streams upstairs all day lovely view of the water the backyard is Huge very leafy private 2 gorgeous big trees totally fenced beaches and beaches everywhere a short drive to the main dog beach but many on leash lovely walks with water We will be back"
