"Always have a great stay at Moto ranch. This is our 2nd time staying at the property."

"The house was roomy and it was nice for our family coming into town for wedding. The kitchen is very roomy and nice for hosting the family for meals. We had some trouble with the heat coming on and heat was not needed but host was responsive and quickly fixed the problem within minutes. It would be nice to have some black out curtains as there are lights in the area from other houses and street lights. Other than that, everything was absolutely wonderful. Beds are comfy. "We used this cozy house for a sobering reason - our mother was in the local hospital and then hospice. The house was nearby and provide a calm, restful respite between hospital visits. Thank you for providing this cute and cozy home for our needs."

"Sucks when you run out of toilet paper 4 days in on a 6 day rental. Had to go to the store with mud butt. Other than that the place was in decent shape...couldnt use the one bathroom because the door to the bathroom was inoperable. minimal silverware that doesnt accommodate for the amount of people it holds. It was really nice being able to use the garage which is what kept it at 4 stars."

"Was only there for one evening to attend granddaughters in a play at Live Oak Theater."
