"This property was a scam. Got there and the person that answered the door said they don’t rent rooms. There was a pad lock on the door for entry never received check in info. Please do not pay your money here👎👎👎❌❌❌"

"We enjoyed our stay at Mohammad’s listing in Katy, Texas. The place was very clean and looked just like the photos. Thoughtful touches like toiletries and towels in the bathroom and treats in the kitchen made us feel welcomed. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. I would recommend staying here. Thanks again, Mohammad for your hospitality!"

"The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s very nice, and I really enjoyed my stay. I will note, the bed is very firm, so if you have a bad back like I do and need something a little softer, keep that in mind. But if that’s not a concern for you, then don’t hesitate to book with them! They were very kind. "
