"Eccellent staff always helpful, room was always kept clean, we had to request more heat for the room and that was attended too. the buffet breakfast had a good choice of food although for the eater that did not take much it could be an expensive breakfast. "Room was spotless, great shower. Bed was really comfortable. The food from the restaurant was excellent and service was great. 4 EV chargers which allowed us to charge up before going home. Only couple of issues, I filled in online the “pre checkin” form to save time (hotels words not mine). But when I got to reception I had to complete it again. Iron in the room was all sticky too. Small issues, hotel was great"

"Have been before to this boutique hotel and the standard has never failed. Guy on reception was friendly and pleasant. Advised that food wasn’t available atm in the hotel but that he would telephone two down at the Seamill Hydro Hotel for dinner and gave us a voucher for breakfast at same hotel. Dinner booking was abit late for us so declined and went elsewhere. The breakfast was lovely at the Hydro. Hotel was nice and warm, room and bathroom spotless. Would return and recommend to others"
