I liked having a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and tea/coffee in the room as well as basic tableware like mugs and a sink--all in a small compact space. I appreciated the Expedia VIP upgrade. "I had stayed previously and absolutely loved the hotel . In booking this reservation I had a card issue because of a previously fraudulent card , I had to use a different card , in doing so it changed my check in date . Jason said he could help me . I had Expedia call him . Expedia canceled and refunded me , when I tried to rebook the exact same room for the correct day it was unavailable in less than 10 minutes . They were not helpful at all, and I loved that hotel . Probably won't stay again...
